The Hainanese Chicken Rice is quite nice. The chicken is juicy and smooth. The sauce is not the usual ginger sauce though. There is ample dine-in space behind the shop in the corporate building's lobby area.

This place serves the best Hong Kong-style stir-fried beef noodles in town, packed with an irresistible smoky aroma and deep, charred flavor from the high-heat wok cooking ( Wok Hei )! The portion size is generous, the noodles are perfectly charred without being greasy, and the flavours are spot on. The customer service is warm and attentive, and if you're lucky, the staff might even surprise you with a complimentary small cup of soymilk or juice. Highly recommended this place

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Soups – Worth the Walk! I was new to the area and searched for soup places when I came across Rice at Collins. I walked six blocks to get here – and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Hands down, the best combination laska soup and combination long soup I’ve ever had! The flavours were rich and comforting, and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. If you’re in Melbourne, do yourself a favour and visit this place. If I lived here, it would absolutely be my local. Thank you, Rice at Collins – I’ll definitely be back!
